Withdrawal & Refunds

1 · Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email to support@fastindexing.io). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification in good time.

2 · Early expiry for digital content

As long as you have not yet used purchased credits, we will refund them straightforwardly within the scope of withdrawal (see section 4).

3 · Consequences of withdrawal

If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. For the repayment we use the same means of payment you used, unless otherwise agreed; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

4 · Refund policy (credits)

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, our customer-friendly refund policy applies:

• Credits never expire — unused balance is retained.
• Technically blocked URLs (that cannot be processed) are automatically refunded or not charged in the first place (credit protection).
• For other refund requests, we usually review your case within 24 hours; eligible amounts are credited to your balance or refunded via the payment method.
• Services already fully rendered and consumed (processed credits) are generally excluded from a cash refund, to the extent legally permitted.
