Paste URLs, upload a CSV or import a sitemap. Each URL goes through a 12-signal pre-flight check. Eligible URLs enter a FastIndexing workflow using the applicable signals from our 8-channel layer. Included D0-D14 monitoring records progress and recommends the next action for unresolved URLs.

For a few pages a week, GSC works well. For larger URL sets or Bing/Yandex coverage, FastIndexing adds qualification, monitoring and only the applicable signals from a layer of up to eight channels.

Google alone decides what to index, so we do not promise an indexing outcome. The Money-Back option is a financial guarantee: if an eligible URL is not independently detected as indexed at D14, its €5 payment is refunded. Credit-Back returns the protected credit reservation instead.

At Day 14, the report combines the captured technical scan and independent index checks. It highlights observed blockers such as canonical conflicts, noindex, robots restrictions or weak internal discovery, and recommends the next action without inventing unavailable data.

TL;DR: Search engines use different discovery mechanisms: IndexNow reaches participating engines, while sitemaps, verified Google tools and discovery signals support Google discovery. FastIndexing qualifies each URL, applies only available and applicable signals from a layer of up to eight, and independently monitors D0-D14. The 200-credit trial is available at signup; GSC is optional; paid non-GSC workflows remain available.

There's no single button that submits a website to every search engine at once — Google and Bing use different mechanisms. To submit a URL to Google you request indexing in Search Console or submit a sitemap; to reach Bing and Yandex you ping IndexNow. Either way, submitting is only step one: the engine still decides whether to index the page, and pages routinely sit at "Discovered – currently not indexed" or "Crawled – currently not indexed" for days or weeks — which means no traffic.

FastIndexing closes that gap on both sides: a pre-flight check catches blockers that waste effort (a stray noindex, a wrong canonical, a robots.txt rule), then the workflow uses the applicable parts of its up-to-eight-channel layer and records the result instead of leaving you to guess.

How indexing works: crawl → index → rank

Three separate stages, often confused. Crawling is the bot fetching a page. Indexing is a separate, active decision to store it in the searchable database. Ranking comes last — and only indexed pages can rank at all. Most pages that "don't rank" are in fact simply not indexed.

A page only gets indexed when it's crawlable (no robots.txt block, no noindex), genuinely useful, points its canonical at itself, and has clear discovery signals — sitemap, internal links, ideally a backlink or two. Submitting a URL or a sitemap speeds discovery, but it doesn't override that quality check: 500 URLs in a sitemap don't become 500 indexed pages. That's why we check the signals first and submit second.

The 8 channels, in brief

Instead of relying on one signal, FastIndexing selects the available and appropriate signals for each URL:

IndexNow — a direct submission to Bing, Yandex and other IndexNow partners; no Search Console needed. (Google has not joined IndexNow, so it isn't a Google channel.)
Verified Google tools — Search Console provides property and inspection data. Google's Indexing API is used only for URL types covered by Google's policy, not as an all-purpose submission channel.
Sitemap availability — your sitemap exposed cleanly to Google via Search Console and robots.txt. (Google's old sitemap-ping endpoint was retired in late 2023; pinging now applies only to Bing-compatible endpoints.)
Discovery signals — additional crawl prompts that don't require GSC verification, useful for client domains and brand-new sites.

Before we submit a single URL in client projects, we check three things: is the canonical correct, is there a stray noindex, and is the URL in the sitemap and internally linked? It sounds basic, but this is exactly where credits get wasted — someone submits 200 URLs that all canonicalize to one version, or still carry a staging-config tag. A service supports discovery; it can't make a thin or blocked page index. Start clean and relevant, and the workflow can use the signals that actually apply.

FAQ

In Google Search Console, open the URL Inspection tool, enter the URL, and click "Request indexing" — that handles one URL at a time, with a small daily limit. For many URLs, submit an XML sitemap in Search Console instead, or use a multi-channel service that submits in bulk. There's no public "submit URL" form outside Search Console, and requesting indexing asks Google to look — it doesn't force the page in.

A sitemap tells Google which URLs exist and should be crawled, which speeds up discovery — especially for new sites, large sites, or pages with few internal links. It does not force indexing: Google still decides per page, so a sitemap with 500 URLs won't necessarily produce 500 indexed pages. Submit it in Search Console and reference it in robots.txt.

Make sure each page is crawlable (no `noindex`, no robots.txt block) and useful, point canonicals at themselves, add internal links and ideally a backlink or two, then submit your sitemap and key URLs. After that it's Google's call — it can take days to weeks. Active multi-channel submission speeds discovery but doesn't guarantee the outcome.

Fix the signals first (canonical, `noindex`, sitemap, internal links), then use a qualified indexing workflow and monitor the independent D0-D14 result. You can also [add URLs to Google and other engines](/google-indexing) in bulk.

Check a URL with the Search Console URL Inspection tool or the `site:` operator, or run a list through a bulk [index checker](/index-checker). If the status reads "Crawled – currently not indexed," Google saw the page but chose not to index it — usually thin or duplicate content, a wrong canonical, or an accidental `noindex`.
