When you use FastIndexing.io, we collect:
Account data: Email address, hashed password (via Supabase Auth). We do not store plain-text passwords.
Service data: URLs you submit for indexing, domain names, indexation check results, credit transactions.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security and abuse prevention. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive only transaction confirmation and Stripe customer ID.
Communication data: If you contact us, we store your name, email, and message content to process your request.
We process your data for the following purposes:
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To provide our indexing service, process URL submissions, check indexation status, manage your account and credits.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To prevent abuse, ensure service security, and improve our service.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): For sending marketing emails (you can opt out at any time).
We use the following third-party services:
Supabase Inc. (USA) — Database hosting and authentication. Privacy Shield / SCCs in place.
Vercel Inc. (USA) — Frontend hosting. Data processed on edge servers.
Contabo GmbH (Germany) — Backend server hosting in Germany.
Stripe Inc. (USA) — Payment processing. PCI DSS compliant.
MailerSend (EU) — Transactional email delivery.
Cloudflare Inc. (USA) — DNS and DDoS protection.
Anthropic (USA) — AI page analysis for URL audit feature. Only page HTML is sent, no personal data.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. URL submission data is retained for 12 months after the last activity. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting info@fastindexing.io.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
